Our Spousal Care Ministry exists to support, strengthen, and walk alongside the spouses of youth pastors in every season of ministry. We understand the unique joys and challenges that come with this calling, and we are passionate about helping you build a healthy marriage, a strong sense of identity, and sustainable rhythms for the long haul.

We offer three intentional pathways of support:

One-to-One Coaching

Connect with a trained, veteran ministry spouse who has walked this road for 7+ years. Through personalized coaching, you’ll receive encouragement, wisdom, and practical guidance tailored to your unique season.

Marriage Retreats

Step away from the demands of ministry and invest in what matters most, your relationship. Our retreats create space to reconnect, grow together, and build a strong, lasting foundation for your marriage.

Coaching Certification Workshop

For spouses who have been in ministry 7+ years and feel called to support others, this workshop equips you to become a certified coach. You’ll be trained to walk alongside other ministry spouses with confidence, care, and purpose.
